We are still awaiting the  decision from  Suffolk  County Councils  Barrister  on  his legal advice  concerning Peoples Park.

It has now been five months in the considering,  this is not really acceptable. The case for keeping the open space was proved beyond reasonable doubt at the public hearing.

I ask that the authorities in control of this procedure get a move on and let the public know where we all stand and stop wasting public funds in this way.
